Are you a youth worker, trainer, or event organiser responsible for designing and facilitating group activities with overnight stays โ and want to make them genuinely more inclusive and diversity-aware? This Erasmus+ Training Course in Warsaw, organised by the Polish National Agency and SALTO Inclusion & Diversity, invites you to reflect on and actively improve your practice. Over three full working days, you will explore barriers to participation, examine all aspects of inclusive activity design โ logistics, methods, team, and communication โ and leave with practical tools and concrete steps to implement immediately. The training itself is designed to be an example of inclusion in action. Single rooms, accessibility measures, and dietary adaptations all in place. Accommodation and food covered by the hosting National Agency. Deadline: 31 March 2026.
๐ต๐ฑ Did You Know? Warsaw is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic capital cities in Central Europe โ rebuilt almost entirely from scratch after being over 85% destroyed during World War II. Today it is a major hub for youth organisations, civil society, and European programme implementation, and home to the Polish National Agency for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps. The Mercure Warszawa Centrum, where this training takes place, is located in the heart of the city โ within walking distance of the historic Old Town UNESCO World Heritage Site.

๐ก Did You Know? SALTO Inclusion & Diversity โ the co-organiser of this training โ is one of eight SALTO Resource Centres that support the Erasmus+ Youth programme across Europe. SALTO Inclusion specifically focuses on making youth mobility programmes accessible to young people and youth workers facing barriers due to disability, migration background, economic hardship, geography, or discrimination. Their work has directly shaped how inclusion is understood and implemented in Erasmus+ projects across the continent.

Who Can Apply?
๐คYou are a youth worker, trainer, or event organiser with hands-on experience in organising or facilitating overnight group activities in non-formal learning settings in the youth sector
๐กYou are responsible for programme design, facilitation, logistics, team coordination, or communication in activities โ and want to make them more inclusive
๐You can be active in an organisation, an informal group, or as a freelancer โ in a paid or volunteer position. Beginners, experts, and all profiles in between are welcome
โฟParticipants who have personally experienced participation barriers or discrimination are especially invited to apply โ the organisers are committed to creating conditions that enable your full participation
๐ฃ๏ธYou are able to follow the programme and voice your opinions in international English โ perfection is not required, content is what matters
