Embark on a unique journey in Milan by supporting European Solidarity Corps (ESC) mobilities and promoting EU opportunities for youth! Work closely with international volunteers, manage mobility projects, and help spread the word about the transformative power of youth exchanges.
🛠 Your Tasks:
- Support ESC volunteers in Milan through all stages of their projects: recruitment, selection, orientation, training, evaluations, and reporting.
- Assist with the management of ESC volunteer accommodation and well-being 🏠.
- Help Italian volunteers prepare for their ESC experiences abroad.
- Promote ESC and EU youth opportunities in schools and youth centres.
- Collaborate on youth mobility projects, including exchanges, summer camps, and more.
📦 What’s Included?
- 💶 Monthly Allowance: €500.
- 🛏 Accommodation: Double room in the Joint Association apartment (near Lambrate station).
- 📚 Training & Support:
- Guidance from the ESC Incoming Project Manager.
- Monthly team meetings and opportunities to attend training courses.
- Access to national and international training from Joint’s partners.
- Expenses: Covered for project-related activities.
👤 Who Can Apply?
Essential Requirements:
- English (B2) & Italian (A2), with a willingness to improve Italian.
- Previous ESC participation or volunteer experience abroad (minimum 2 months).
- Commitment to living in a shared room and engaging in diverse tasks, including administrative and basic office duties.
- Comfortable working on a computer.
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Interest in web communication & graphic design.
- Experience in project management.
- Functional personal laptop.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to drive.
