๐ About the Training
IN & OUT 4 is an Erasmus+ Training Course in Slovakia designed for youth workers and youth leaders who want to strengthen their skills in facilitating indoor and outdoor youth activities.
Following the strong impact of the previous three editions, this fourth edition continues to support youth workers with practical tools, experiential learning and international cooperation opportunities.
The training will take place in the Kysuce region of Slovakia, combining practical activities, workshops and reflection sessions to help participants develop competencies they can later apply in their own organisations and youth projects.
๐ฏ Objectives
๐งญ Strengthen competencies in planning and implementing indoor and outdoor youth activities
๐ Provide practical skills in first aid, group dynamics and survival techniques
๐ Encourage international cooperation and exchange of best practices among youth organisations
๐ค Promote the inclusion of participants with fewer opportunities in youth work
๐งฉ Methodology
The training uses non-formal education and experiential learning methods, including:
๐ง Interactive workshops
๐ฒ Outdoor experiential learning activities
๐ค Peer learning and exchange of experiences
๐ Reflection and evaluation sessions
Participants will learn through direct practice, teamwork and shared learning processes.

๐ณ Participation fee: โฌ30 (for first aid training module)
๐ Accommodation and meals are fully provided by the organisers
โ๏ธ Travel reimbursement based on Erasmus+ distance bands
๐ Travel budget example:
๐ 100โ499 km โ โฌ180 (standard) / โฌ210 (green travel)
๐ 500โ1,999 km โ โฌ275 (standard) / โฌ320 (green travel)
๐ 2,000โ2,999 km โ โฌ360 (standard) / โฌ410 (green travel)
๐ฑ Green travel options are recommended.
Participants will also receive a Youthpass certificate after completing the training.
