๐ŸŒ About the Volunteering Project

This ESC volunteering opportunity in Milena, Italy invites young volunteers to support social, cultural and artistic initiatives organized by a local civil society organization active in rural Sicily.

Volunteers will contribute to community projects, cultural activities and local events, including the organization of the Festival Mi Fa Sol, while also collaborating with municipalities and local organizations working on tourism, arts and social engagement.

The project is connected with several local initiatives including RabArt, a cultural project funded by the Italian Ministry of Culture, and G.A.S. Lab โ€“ Sicilian Ancient Grains Museum, which promotes experience tourism and local heritage.

Through this experience, volunteers will explore community-based cultural development, rural youth work and creative initiatives while living in the Sicilian countryside.
