🌍 About the Volunteering Project
This European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Team Volunteering project in Belvedere Marittimo, Italy takes place at Fattoria L’Arca, an organic farm in southern Italy that promotes sustainable agriculture, ecological lifestyles and community living.
The project brings together international volunteers working as a team to support daily activities on the farm while experiencing rural life, sustainability practices and cultural exchange.
Participants will gain practical experience in organic farming, environmental protection and community cooperation, while contributing to the daily functioning of the agritourism farm.

🍅 Planting and harvesting fruits and vegetables
🌱 Working in fields and greenhouses
🪴 Digging soil and maintaining cultivated areas
🐐 Farm Maintenance
🧹 Cleaning green spaces and animal areas
🍳 Supporting the cook with food preparation
🎨 Creative & Cultural Activities
🧺 Basket weaving workshops
🏺 Pottery workshops
🍝 Traditional cooking workshop (Tortelli making)
🌊 Outdoor Activities
🚣 Rafting experiences
🌍 Beach cleaning initiatives
Volunteers work around 30 hours per week, mainly from 06:00 to 13:00 during farming hours, 5 days per week.
🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowance
🏡 Accommodation in triple rooms with private bathroom
🍽 Meals included: breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared mainly with farm ingredients
💶 Pocket money: €17 per day
✈️ Travel expenses, visa and insurance costs are not included.
🎓 Training & Certification
📚 On-arrival training during the first 4 days organized by the coordinating organisation
📊 Final evaluation meeting lasting 2 days
📜 Participants receive a Youthpass Certificate

👤 Age: 18–30 years old
🌍 Must be citizen or resident of an EU country, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Türkiye
Ideal volunteers should be:

⏰ Able to start work early in the morning (06:00)
