The SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program 2026 offers international and Thai students the opportunity to pursue Masterโ€™s and PhD degrees at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), part of Thammasat University in Thailand.

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree with minimum GPA 2.75 for Masterโ€™s program applications
๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s and Masterโ€™s degrees with minimum GPA 3.50 for PhD applications
๐Ÿ“š Applicants must meet the specific requirements of the chosen scholarship category (EFS, ETS, or Facultyโ€™s Quota)
๐Ÿฅ Applicants must be in good health and demonstrate good conduct
๐Ÿ“„ Two recommendation letters are required (at least one from an academic instructor or advisor)
๐Ÿ—ฃ English proficiency test score may be submitted if available

Applicants may apply without an English test score, but admitted students must submit an approved English proficiency test during the first semester of study.
