What Is This Training About?
UNFOLDING aims to explore curiosity, challenges and creativity through outdoor activities, embodiment and facilitation practice to build adaptability, self-awareness and to reconnect with a curious mind in both personal & professional contexts.
Description About The Opportunity
UNFOLDING is a 7-day training program organized by MO(ve)MENT, and it's built on 3 main pillars that will flow throughout the whole project: curiosity, challenges and creativity.
We believe that a curious mind keeps the learning alive and this learning experience aims to support youth workers in reconnecting with the ability to question, to listen, and to explore situations beyond what is already known or expected. During this project we aim to approach challenges as learning opportunities and practice fields for learning adaptability.
We believe that youth work happens in motion and with โUnfoldingโ, we aim to strengthen the youth workers understanding of creating meaningful learning experiences for youth and leading group processes, react to group dynamic shifts and their own role within them.
Through fostering self-awareness, embracing unpredictability and meeting curiosity, this project aims to strengthen youth workersโ ability to stay present, grounded and responsive in uncertain situations.
During the project, participants will engage in a dynamic programe which will include outdoor challenges, artistic practices, embodiment, movement, dance, facilitation laboratory/practice, and nature based mindfulness practices. The program aims to create an open space to explore your personal limits and beliefs using the resources available within ourselves and the group.
