About Mobility Friends
Mobility Friends is an education and training organisation that promotes and implements international mobility programmes, training young people and adults in human values and active citizenship, and preparing them for the challenges of the future. This internship places you inside the day-to-day of that mission in Valencia — welcoming international student groups and helping run Erasmus+ projects across the city. Your role: Erasmus+ Projects Assistant
You'll be assisting with Erasmus+ projects and the organisation of programmes for students, based in Valencia (on-site/hybrid). Concretely, you will:
- Accompany groups of students during their stay in Valencia (tours, events, work placements) and welcome and receive groups.
- Assist in organising and developing Erasmus+ projects and professional visits, and take part in cultural activities.
- Organise documents, translations, social-media management, catalogues and more.
- Search for new partners and stay in continuous contact with teachers and directors across Europe — meetings, negotiation and budgets.
- And if you'd like to develop other tasks, the team is open to hearing your ideas.
Who they're looking for
- B1 Spanish plus English are essential requirements to take part; other languages are valued.
- A Bachelor-level student, comfortable with everyday digital tools (Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom/Teams/Meet, Canva).
- In your cover letter, indicate your field of studies and interests — you can also explore mastering language teaching, marketing, or business and management during the internship.

The practical details
This is an unpaid Erasmus+ traineeship (during studies), part-time at 22 hours per week across 4 alternating days(which may include Saturdays and Sundays, with a corresponding rest day), for a minimum of 4 months. Intake runs all year, with an expected start date of 11 January 2027.
