About Kolomolo
Kolomolo is a technology company focused on accelerating digital transformation, helping businesses leverage cloud technologies (mainly AWS), AI, data engineering and IoT to build new solutions and optimise costs. Founded in 2016, it has around 100 co-workers and a flat, Scandinavian-inspired culture built on autonomy, learning and inclusion.
The role
This is a role for someone who wants to break into tech sales by working at the very front of the revenue engine. You'll focus on the first cycle of sales: identifying potential customers, reaching out and generating interest in high-level, cutting-edge technological tools. What you'll be doing
π Identify and research potential clients across different industries who could benefit from Kolomolo's solutions.
π Conduct cold outreach through calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
π¨ Support the creation and distribution of marketing and sales materials (presentations, outreach messages, posts).
ποΈ Build and maintain lead lists, keeping data organised and up to date.
π Gain exposure to the full sales cycle by handing off qualified leads to senior team members.
What you must bring
π‘ Genuine interest in sales and business development, and curiosity about how companies grow.
π― Motivation by results, comfortable working toward measurable targets (calls, emails, leads generated), and not afraid of rejection.
π§ Organisational skills to juggle outreach, follow-ups and research with attention to detail.
π» Basic digital literacy: comfortable with Microsoft 365, Excel or CRM systems, and familiar with LinkedIn or email outreach tools.
π¬π§ English at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
