What the Events Role Covers
๐๏ธ Assist with planning and coordinating events, including workations, lunches and parties.
๐ Help manage guest lists and RSVPs.
๐ช Assist with venue preparation and the set-up and breakdown of events.
๐ค Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event needs are met, and provide support wherever needed.

The Practical Frame
๐ Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site (no remote), open to short-cycle (EQF 5), Bachelor (EQF 6) and Master (EQF 7) students with no experience required.
๐ 3 to 6 months, flexible dates year-round ("always hiring"); the listed start is 1 December 2026.
