The production you'd join
Regnedropelandet is an upcoming mixed-media puppet theatre production for children and young people, developed by creator Elin Grimstad and Teatret Vårt in Molde, Norway. Hansen provides services for film-animation production and teaching, and is looking for an intern/assistant to join Animation Supervisor Jan Henrik Hansen in Bordeaux to work on the animation part of the production. Your role
Working directly alongside the Animation Supervisor, your mission is the hands-on animation craft:
- Colouring, in-betweening and clean-up in Adobe Animate.

- Someone genuinely passionate about film animation.
- Comfortable with the Adobe package; working language English; Bachelor or Master level.
The practical details
This is a paid Erasmus+ traineeship (during studies) of €300-400 per month, full-time at 35 hours per week, for a minimum of 3 months between October 2026 and March 2027, with an expected start date of 19 October 2026. One important condition: you must be on location in Bordeaux — this is not a remote role. Training assistance is provided.
