Experience Gaudi Mosaiccos is looking for a reliable, open-minded and communicative intern to join its international team in Barcelona and discover the world of Trencadís mosaic, inspired by the iconic work of Antoni Gaudí. This is a 4-month, full-time (39 hours per week) Erasmus+ traineeship combining tourism, events, art and culture, with monthly support of 400 to 500 euros. The application deadline is 31 August 2026.
What You'll Do
🎉 Support the organisation of corporate events, private groups and school activities.
🙋 Welcome and assist national and international visitors.
🎨 Help lead fun and creative mosaic (Trencadís) workshops for families, students and large groups.
🏛️ Support events at the workshop and unique Barcelona venues, including Torre Bellesguard and other astonishing places.
🧩 Learn and practise the traditional Catalan mosaic technique, Trencadís.
🖌️ Prepare workshop materials and create beautiful mosaic pieces.
🌍 Be part of a friendly, international team where creativity and initiative are encouraged.

Who They're Looking For
✔️ Someone proactive and responsible who enjoys taking initiative.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills and a good level of English (B2 to C1); basic Spanish is welcome but not essential.
🎭 An interest in art, tourism, crafts, languages and different cultures.
🌐 Someone who enjoys interacting with people from around the world (French is a plus).
