TheViPgroup, a Poland-based tech company driving digital transformation through AI, CleanTech and SaaS solutions, is looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineering Intern in Krakow to help push the boundaries of Generative AI. Over 6 months, full-time, you will architect complex, stateful, multi-agent workflows, working heavily with Small Language Models (SLMs), LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The internship is open to Erasmus+ students and Polish university candidates, and the application deadline is 31 August 2026.

About the Role

โœ๏ธ Prompt engineering and output optimisation: design, iteratively test and refine complex system prompts to maximise model reliability, reasoning and output quality.

๐Ÿ“ Evaluation and integration: establish strict evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy and latency, and assist in deploying model endpoints into internal tools.
