Its main goal is managing Erasmus+ KA1 traineeships for European students within the CECE regional network's educational centres, giving interns a hands-on view of how international mobility projects are coordinated on the ground.
What You'll Do
The tasks during the traineeship include, among others:
🗂️ Administration services (office, internet and general support).
📑 Accounting tasks (documents, invoices and similar).
🧳 Organising groups of mobility students and teachers.
🏛️ Accompanying groups to visit monuments.
🌍 Participating in international meetings.
📝 Filling in and preparing documents (application forms, printed documents and similar).
🤝 Supporting Erasmus+ projects.
👥 Human resources support (timetables of teachers and staff).
📞 Customer service (information point) and phone calls.

Who Can Apply
The placement suits students at Bachelor (EQF 6) or short-cycle (EQF 5) level with a working level of English (Spanish is a plus). The ideal candidate is comfortable with digital tools, data management and collaborative, productivity-focused software, and enjoys administrative and coordination work in an international environment.
