Description
You will join a dynamic team reshaping education, working closely with the founders across major strategic and operational areas.
Your missions include:
β€’ Business Development: site scouting, partnerships, fundraising
β€’ Marketing: first point of contact for families, community management, communication
β€’ Strategy: data analysis, modelling for M Schools, competitive & innovation monitoring
β€’ Finance/Controlling: invoicing, budgeting, financial modelling, supporting the Finance Manager
β€’ Operations: school management tasks, admissions, coordination of educational projects, recruitment

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate:
β€’ A strong motivation for education, entrepreneurship, and social impact
β€’ Dynamism, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects
β€’ Excellent coordination and communication skills
β€’ Strong organisational and analytical abilities
β€’ Curiosity for digital tools (G Suite, CRM, ATS, etc.)
β€’ Fluency in French; English is an advantage
