M Education is a passionate and fast-growing organisation reinventing preschool education in France through innovative models, bilingual schools, and technology-supported teaching. Since 2017, the organisation has aimed to make high-quality early education accessible to all, supported by its non-profit arm Fondation 2000 Jours.
The team now includes 70+ professionals across Paris and the Paris region, and the organisation aims to double its size by 2028. This internship places you at the heart of entrepreneurial action — directly supporting the founders in strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and business development.

Description
You will join a dynamic team reshaping education, working closely with the founders across major strategic and operational areas.
Your missions include:
• Business Development: site scouting, partnerships, fundraising
• Marketing: first point of contact for families, community management, communication
• Strategy: data analysis, modelling for M Schools, competitive & innovation monitoring
• Finance/Controlling: invoicing, budgeting, financial modelling, supporting the Finance Manager
• Operations: school management tasks, admissions, coordination of educational projects, recruitment

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate:
• A strong motivation for education, entrepreneurship, and social impact
• Dynamism, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities
• Curiosity for digital tools (G Suite, CRM, ATS, etc.)
• Fluency in French; English is an advantage
