This project focuses on empowering people with disabilities, strengthening community ties, and promoting equality, active citizenship, and European values through inclusive education, sports, and awareness activities.
As a volunteer, you’ll contribute to:
🤝 Organising social inclusion and cultural exchange activities with individuals with disabilities
🎓 Supporting skills development, education, and entrepreneurship workshops
🌍 Promoting European values, health, and peace education
🏅 Assisting in sports and recreational events for inclusion in daily life
💬 Raising community awareness on disability rights and equal participation

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel
- Accommodation will be provided in a three-storey volunteer house with a garden, with rooms shared by 3–4 volunteers. 🏠
- Rooms are equipped with bunk beds, and volunteers will share responsibilities for cleaning and maintaining the space.
- Volunteers will receive a limited meal allowance and will prepare their own meals. 🍽️
- Arrival and departure travel costs will be covered within a limited budget. ✈️
- Daily transport to project sites will be arranged by the host organisation. 🚐

🧭 Training & Support
During the project, volunteers will receive orientation and hands-on training in:
🎓 Working with people with disabilities
🤝 Understanding social inclusion and community awareness
🌍 Promoting European identity, citizenship, and democratic participation
💪 Participating in education and sports-based inclusion activities
🕊️ Supporting integration of third-country nationals into local society
You’ll gain valuable experience in inclusive project management and community work — guided by professional mentors and educators.
👩🏫 Participant Profile
We are looking for motivated young people aged 18–30, especially those who:
✅ Are passionate about inclusion and social equality
✅ Are open-minded and eager to work with people with disabilities
✅ Enjoy teamwork, creativity, and community engagement
✅ Have empathy, patience, and motivation to make a positive social impact
