Writing the application is one thing. What happens inside the activity is another โ and that’s exactly what Methods Matter focuses on. This Erasmus+ training course by Las Niรฑas del Tul is designed for newcomer youth leaders and youth workers who want to explore, test, and strengthen the methodologies they use during Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges. No budgeting, no reporting โ just the craft of designing and delivering meaningful learning experiences for young people.
๐ฏ About the Training Course
Methods Matter is a practical, focused learning space in Pinos Genil, Granada, Spain. Through non-formal education methods, participants will discover and analyse tools that support participation, intercultural learning, group dynamics, and reflection. Special attention is given to the role of youth leaders as facilitators of learning processes โ their ability to manage diverse groups and create inclusive, respectful, and engaging environments.
The course is accessible to participants with little or no prior experience, and also open to those with some background who want to deepen and refine their practice.

๐ Increase awareness and practice of inclusive approaches within group processes
๐ Promote peer learning and exchange of practices among participants with diverse levels of experience
