๐ŸŒ Youth Leadership Programme in Norway ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด โ€” Asia & Europe ๐Ÿงญ ASEFYLS 2026 โ€” Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future ๐Ÿ”ฎ

How do you lead when the future is uncertain? That’s the core question behind ASEFYLS 2026 โ€” the ASEF Young Leaders Summit Capacity Training, a fully funded international youth leadership programme bringing together young people from Asia and Europe to develop what the organisers call Anticipatory Leadership: the capacity and habit of using the future to inform the present.

โš ๏ธ Please note: This programme is not part of the Erasmus+ framework. It is organised by the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and funded independently. Always refer to the official programme page for the most accurate information on coverage and eligibility.

๐ŸŒ About ASEFYLS

The ASEF Young Leaders Summit (ASEFYLS) is a youth platform that builds a community of young people across Asia and Europe, focusing on three dimensions of leadership:

๐Ÿง‘ Self-leadership โ€” knowing and leading yourself

๐Ÿค Team leadership โ€” leading and collaborating with others

๐ŸŒ Societal leadership โ€” driving meaningful change in communities

The 2026 edition focuses on ‘Anticipatory Leadership for a Human-Centred Future’ โ€” equipping participants to analyse trends and weak signals, explore future scenarios, and translate those insights into adaptive, collaborative action in their local contexts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Programme Structure
