Join the MEAG (Mamma Esco A Giocare) summer camp in the beautiful Italian village of Luserna San Giovanni. Support professional educators in providing a safe and creative space for children aged 3 to 13 during their summer break!
🌍 Did You Know? Luserna San Giovanni is located in the Val Pellice, an area famous for its unique history, breathtaking mountain views, and delicious local stone-ground flour.
What Will You Do?
🛠️ Preparation Phase: Spend the first month preparing materials, setting up logistics, and improving your Italian language skills.
🎨 Activity Leadership: Organize and lead games, workshops, and creative activities for children aged 3–13.
🏕️ Camp Support: Assist professional animators during visits, outdoor trips, and daily camp routines.
💖 Child Wellbeing: Ensure a positive and safe environment for children throughout the day.
Accommodation & Support
🏠 Living: Shared house in Torre Pellice with other international volunteers (maximum 2 people per room).
🍱 Food: Monthly allowance provided for food expenses; volunteers prepare their own meals.
🚲 Transport: 10-minute walk to the placement; bikes are also available for volunteers.
🎓 Training: Welcome session, monitoring, final evaluation, and access to Online Linguistic Support (OLS).
