π About the Scholarship
The SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program 2026 offers international and Thai students the opportunity to pursue Masterβs and PhD degrees at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), part of Thammasat University in Thailand.
For nearly two decades, SIIT has been recognized as one of Thailandβs leading institutions for research productivity and innovation. The institute is known for producing highly skilled graduates and preparing students for careers in academia, industry, and international organizations.
The scholarship program supports talented students from around the world and provides fully funded and partially funded study opportunities depending on the scholarship category. The program encourages academic excellence, research development, and cultural exchange between international and Thai students.

π Eligibility Criteria
π Bachelorβs degree with minimum GPA 2.75 for Masterβs program applications
π Bachelorβs and Masterβs degrees with minimum GPA 3.50 for PhD applications
π Applicants must meet the specific requirements of the chosen scholarship category (EFS, ETS, or Facultyβs Quota)
π₯ Applicants must be in good health and demonstrate good conduct
π Two recommendation letters are required (at least one from an academic instructor or advisor)
π£ English proficiency test score may be submitted if available
Applicants may apply without an English test score, but admitted students must submit an approved English proficiency test during the first semester of study.

π How to Apply
Applicants must apply online through the SIIT graduate admission platform.

π Step 3 β Login to the system and complete the online application form
π€ Step 4 β Upload all required documents in JPEG, JPG or PDF format
