Designed for passionate recent graduates and early-career professionals, this unique fellowship enables young Canadians to contribute to social impact projects across Africa and Asia while building outstanding global careers.
This prestigious 8-month overseas placement is supported by an intensive three-week pre-departure training program in Ottawa ๐จ๐ฆ. Fellows work with leading institutions within the Aga Khan Development Network, one of the worldโs largest international development organizations, while gaining hands-on experience that shapes their future pathways in government, non-profit, communications, STEM, education, finance, and more.

๐น Eligibility Criteria
โข ๐จ๐ฆ Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
โข ๐ Must be 30 years old or younger on or before 1 February 2026
โข ๐ Must hold at least a university undergraduate degree
โข ๐ Must demonstrate the qualities of a global citizen: empathy, learning mindset, adaptability, and motivation to create meaningful change
