The Square of Youth Association, a dynamic youth NGO based in Budapest, Hungary 🇭🇺, is looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to join their team. If you are enthusiastic about youth work, international cooperation, project development and NGO management, this internship offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

The organisation implements international youth exchanges, training courses and local community projects — and as an intern, you’ll play a valuable role in shaping new ideas, strengthening partnerships, and supporting ongoing activities.

🧭 What You Will Do

• 🌍 Participate in the implementation of youth projects
• 💡 Identify grant and funding opportunities
• 📱 Manage social media pages & create website/social content
• 🤝 Support partnership building with other NGOs
• 🏙️ Help organise and implement local activities in Budapest
• 📝 Assist with project documentation & communication
