This project, implemented by Associaรงรฃo Nacional de Gerontologia Social, focuses on promoting solidarity, inclusion, and active ageing by involving young volunteers in community-based support for elderly people.

Volunteers participate in companionship, well-being, and inclusion activities, contributing to both the elderlyโ€™s happiness and their own personal development. The experience combines social responsibility and non-formal education, resulting in skill-building and cultural awareness.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Volunteer Tasks

As a volunteer, you will:
๐Ÿค Support elderly people through social and recreational activities.
๐ŸŽจ Help organise workshops, games, and creative sessions.
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Promote intergenerational dialogue and European solidarity.
๐Ÿก Assist with daily routines and companionship visits.
๐Ÿ’ก Encourage well-being and active participation in community life.

๐Ÿ  Shared flats meeting Erasmus+ comfort and safety standards.
