🌍 About the Project
As a volunteer, you’ll work closely with Ayerbe’s Youth Centre, the ‘Centro Ramón y Cajal’ Museum, and the ‘La Cooperativa’ Hub-Tech, supporting projects that bring together young people, culture, and innovation.

💡 Volunteer Tasks
During your ESC experience, you will:
🎯 Help organise and support youth activities at the local Youth Centre.
💬 Provide information and suggestions to improve communication between citizens and institutions.
🏛️ Collaborate with the Centro Ramón y Cajal Museum on exhibitions and cultural programmes within the PATRIM Network.
💻 Support innovation and entrepreneurship activities at La Cooperativa Hub-Tech.
🎨 Participate in training, communication, and promotional activities run by IDEAPOLIS.

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Allowances
🏡 Volunteers will stay in a shared flat in Ayerbe, located near the association’s headquarters.
👥 The flat accommodates two international volunteers, creating a supportive community environment.
💶 Financial support includes:
- €150 monthly pocket money
- €200 monthly food allowance
🚆 Public transport is rarely needed; intercity connections link Ayerbe with Huesca, Zaragoza, and nearby cities.
🧭 Training & Support
📚 Volunteers receive on-arrival training, covering local customs, Spanish language basics, accommodation details, and cultural adaptation.
🎓 Additional specific training is provided for each collaborating centre — focusing on youth activity planning, event organisation, and social inclusion methods.
💬 Continuous support is available throughout the project from IDEAPOLIS mentors.
