💰 Refund Policy (Full Refund Conditions)

A full refund (minus bank + handling fees) is possible if:

✔️ Statutory absence or personal force majeure

(Only reasons tied directly to the student)

✔️ Conditional acceptance requirements not met

✔️ Residence permit rejected

Conditions:
• Application submitted before 31 July
• Student completed 0–5 ECTS remotely

✔️ Residence permit category changes before 1 August

✔️ UEF cannot offer the admitted programme

📌 Refund request deadline:
➡️ 31 December (same year of admission)

📌 Permit changes mid-year → applied next semester, previous fees not refunded.

📌 Early Bird refund:
Refund only if one of the official refund conditions is met.
Choosing another country = no refund.
