✨ Project Overview
Take part in HUMANIFESTO, a creative and socially engaged ESC volunteering project by the Delphi Association for Strategic Management in Burgas, Bulgaria. 🌿
This short-term project brings together young volunteers from across Europe to promote inclusion, diversity, democratic participation, and community development through innovative and cultural activities.
Volunteers will join campaigns, performances, and public events that encourage equality and solidarity while gaining hands-on experience in digital transformation, event organisation, and intercultural collaboration.
💡 What You’ll Do
- 💬 Organise and support volunteer initiatives for inclusion and diversity
- 🎭 Take part in cultural and non-formal youth performances
- 👩🎤 Help host the WOWFEST – Women’s Festival and Humanifesto Talks Conference
- 🧠 Conduct community research and sociocultural experiments
- 🌍 Promote active citizenship and digital participation
- 🤝 Collaborate with local communities and informal youth groups
Seven international volunteers will join this 50-day ESC activity in Burgas, the vibrant seaside city of southeastern Bulgaria.
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Allowance
- Accommodation provided with good sanitary and living conditions
- Monthly allowance for rent, utilities, and personal expenses
- Pocket money: €7 per day
- Food allowance: provided according to national ESC standards
- Local transport costs covered when necessary
🎓 Training & Support
- Pre-departure and on-arrival training
- Team building and intercultural workshops
- Digital skills and community engagement training
- Language learning and cultural orientation sessions
- “Learning by doing” methodology with validation through Youthpass Certificate
👤 Who Can Apply
We welcome motivated volunteers aged 18–30 who:
- Embrace the values of the European Solidarity Corps
- Are responsible, open-minded, and tolerant
- Want to participate actively in team and community life
- Have no specific education or experience requirements
- Are ready to learn and contribute to social change
This activity is especially suitable for young people with fewer opportunities.
