Join Asociación Amigos de Europa and Volunteer Initiative Nepal (VIN) for a life-changing 59-day ESC HumAid volunteering journey in Okhaldhunga, Nepal! 🌿
This unique experience combines community service, intercultural exchange, and personal growth, allowing you to work directly with local communities while discovering Nepal’s vibrant traditions and breathtaking landscapes.

Volunteers contribute to projects in Public Health, Child Protection, Early Childhood Education, and Teacher Development — making a real difference where it matters most.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • 🩺 Support health workers in promoting hygiene and sanitation
  • 🎨 Organise creative learning and play activities for children
  • 📚 Assist teachers and Early Childhood Development Centres
  • 🌱 Empower marginalised communities through non-formal education
  • 🤝 Live, learn, and share with young people from across Europe

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Travel

  • Stay at Naratika Community Learning Centre (VIN hostel) in Okhaldhunga
  • Shared rooms (separate for males and females), basic facilities & bunk beds
  • Traditional Nepali meals provided; dietary needs handled individually
  • Laundry available for a small fee
  • Travel from Kathmandu to Okhaldhunga by jeep (8–9 hours)
  • Daily walks to project sites (10 minutes to 1.5 hours)
