About the Training Course
The TOSCA Training Course (Training and Support for Organisations Active in the Volunteering Actions of the European Solidarity Corps) supports and strengthens the capacities of organisations involved in ESC volunteering projects.
Organised by SALTO EuroMed, this course aims to ensure quality, impact, and collaboration among organisations implementing volunteering activities across Europe and the Southern Mediterranean region.
Participants will explore the core quality criteria of the ESC, reflect on volunteer learning processes, and strengthen institutional practices for inclusive and impactful projects.
This training also includes a mandatory online onboarding meeting on 26 January 2026 (15:00–16:00 CET) to prepare participants for the in-person sessions in Morocco.

Participant Profile 👥
We’re looking for participants who:
- Are involved in ESC Volunteering Actions
- Belong to organisations holding a Quality Label for Volunteering
- Are responsible for ensuring quality, learning, and community impact in ESC projects
- Have an interest in collaboration with the Southern Mediterranean region
Recommended for:
- Youth workers
- Project managers
- Quality Label organisation representatives
Accessibility: The venue and activities are fully accessible to participants with disabilities.
Methodology 💬
The TOSCA concept is built on the experience of the network of National Agencies, facilitated by two expert trainers from the SALTO Resource Centres.
The training includes:
- An online preparatory phase to introduce basic concepts and common frameworks
- A residential phase (in Morocco 🇲🇦) focused on reflection, exchange, and practical application
- Networking and support opportunities for ESC organisations
