Join Associazione di Promozione Sociale Joint in Milan, Italy, and become part of a dynamic team supporting international youth exchanges, training courses, and inclusion activities! ๐ช๐บโจ
As a junior team member, youโll contribute to the management of Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Youth Worker Mobilities (KA153). Your tasks will include coordinating international groups, organizing logistics, creating communication materials, and supporting young people from diverse backgrounds in their learning journey. This project combines office-based coordination, online communication, and field activities across Northern Italy โ ideal for motivated young changemakers!

๐งญ Participant Profile
๐ฅ Aged 18โ30 from one of the eligible ESC programme countries
๐ฃ๏ธ English level B2 and Italian level B2 required
๐ Previous Erasmus+ experience (Youth Exchange or ESC)
๐ป Organised, flexible, and passionate about youth mobility
๐ง Strong communication and teamwork skills
๐ Driving licence and design skills are a plus!
๐ Accommodation & Logistics
๐ก Accommodation, food, and transport not directly provided (covered through monthly allowance)
โ๏ธ Travel and full board covered for international meetings and trainings
๐ถ Monthly contribution between โฌ800โโฌ1,000
๐ Hybrid work setup (remote + in-person activities in Northern Italy)
๐ Mentoring and training provided by senior staff
