About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about youth empowerment, sustainability, and intercultural learning? Here’s your chance to make an impact at the heart of Finland’s youth work scene!

Allianssi Youth Exchanges, based in Helsinki, is looking for a motivated volunteer to join their team and contribute to international projects promoting global understanding, climate justice, and youth participation. As part of this European Solidarity Corps placement, you’ll help coordinate international learning mobility programs, lead activities, and support campaigns that encourage young people to take action for a more inclusive and sustainable world.

✨ Aged 18–30, motivated to work in the youth and sustainability field
💬 Comfortable communicating in English

🤝 Positive, self-initiated, and open to teamwork in a multicultural setting

🏠 Accommodation, Food & Support

You’ll live in a shared apartment in Helsinki, with your own private room. The flat includes all amenities and has easy public transport access to the office and city center. You’ll receive a monthly food allowance and pocket money to manage daily expenses.

You’ll also attend on-arrival and mid-term trainings, ensuring your volunteering journey is supported with structured learning and personal growth opportunities.
