🌟 About the Project
Step into the peaceful and inspiring world of Camphill Rožkalni, a social therapy community in the Latvian countryside where people with and without disabilities live and work together in harmony with nature. 🌾
As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a supportive environment that promotes inclusion, creativity, and sustainable livingthrough meaningful daily activities. You’ll learn hands-on skills in organic farming, gardening, papermaking, herbal preparation, and dairy work, while gaining insight into social therapy and community life.
This ESC experience offers not only a place to contribute — but also a chance for personal growth, mindfulness, and connection with others. 🌿
🎯 Your Role & Main Tasks
- 🧀 Assist in dairy production and herbal tea/spice workshops
- 🌱 Take part in gardening and organic farming activities
- 🧾 Support paper-making and craft sessions
- 🍽️ Help prepare meals and assist in community life
- 🤝 Collaborate with adults with intellectual disabilities
- 💡 Contribute your own ideas to community initiatives
All tasks are performed within the Camphill Rožkalni schedule, in close cooperation with staff and residents.

No professional background is required — just motivation, respect, and a genuine wish to contribute.
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Support
- 🏠 Accommodation provided within the Camphill community
- 🍽️ Three daily meals included (meal costs reimbursed during off days)
- 💶 Daily pocket money (€5/day)
- 🚆 Travel expenses to/from Latvia reimbursed
