🌟 About the Project
Join La Rotllana, a vibrant non-profit organisation based in Badalona, dedicated to social inclusion, youth empowerment, and community participation. 🤝
Through this 5-month communication project, volunteers will help showcase the organisation’s social impact, promote youth activities, and encourage more young people to engage in volunteering. You’ll join a diverse, intercultural team where creativity and solidarity come together every day.
🎯 Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- 🗞️ Support the communication and visibility of community projects
- 📱 Manage and create content for social media platforms
- ✍️ Assist with writing articles, event coverage, and multimedia posts
- 💡 Help design and run new youth activities for the local community
- 🧠 Contribute ideas to promote participation and inclusion
- 🎥 Produce visuals, stories, and videos highlighting volunteer impact
👥 Participant Profile
We welcome applicants who are:
- 🌍 Motivated to work in an intercultural and inclusive environment
- 💬 Interested in communication, social media, and community projects
- 🤝 Passionate about youth participation and fighting stereotypes
- 🎨 Creative, flexible, and eager to learn through experience
- 👩🏫 Preferably with some volunteering experience in social or youth work
- 🗣️ Basic Spanish knowledge is recommended
🏡 Accommodation, Food & Practical Details
- 🏠 Individual room (may share for 1 month / year max) in a shared flat with other volunteers
- 🚇 Public transport tickets provided when needed
- 🍽️ Monthly food allowance and pocket money provided in cash
- 🛋️ Accommodation includes Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, and furnished rooms
- 📍 Centrally located near La Rotllana’s community activities in Badalona
🧭 Training & Support
- 🎓 Arrival training organised by La Rotllana
- 💬 On-Arrival Training by the Spanish National Agency
- 👩🏫 Continuous mentoring and supervision throughout the project
- 🌟 Opportunity to develop real-world communication skills and teamwork
