Step into the heart of Vienna’s vibrant cultural scene with an Erasmus+ Internship at brut Wien, one of Europe’s leading venues for contemporary performing arts. 🎭✨

As a PR & Communications Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cultural event management and creative promotion while helping shape the imagetanz Festival 2026, a month-long celebration of dance and performance art.

This is a unique chance to explore the intersection of art, communication, and culture, working with international artists and a passionate team of professionals in one of Austria’s most dynamic artistic institutions.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

📸 Support PR and Communications activities for the imagetanz festival
🗞️ Prepare photos and promotional materials for web and print
🎧 Manage Spotify playlists and curate digital media for performances
📰 Research and contact media outlets for press outreach
🖋️ Proofread newsletters, press releases, and advertisements
✍️ Write short PR texts and maintain internal databases
🎭 Assist with on-site event coordination and photo rehearsals
📅 Manage event calendars and help document promotional materials

👥 Candidate Profile

🌍 Eligible for Erasmus+ Internship mobility
🗣️ Excellent English (spoken & written); basic German knowledge is required
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic InDesign/Photoshop skills are a plus
🎨 Strong interest in art, culture, theatre, and performance
🤝 Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated
🕒 Able to work 20–30 hours per week with a flexible schedule
💬 Eager to learn about PR, media communication, and cultural production
