✨ About the Project

Organised by Cultural Association "Pocztówka" and A3Teatr, this project invites volunteers to actively engage in cultural, artistic, and community-based activities 🎭. You’ll get the chance to work in theatre productions, run workshops for children, youth, and seniors, contribute to cultural events, and even develop your own mini-projects. 🌍

This ESC experience combines theatre, creativity, intercultural exchange, and local community work in one of the most unique regions of Poland.

🎯 Main Activities

  • 🎭 Join A3 Theatre rehearsals and sometimes perform on stage
  • 👧👵 Organise art workshops for children, youth, and seniors
  • ☕ Host a language café to support intercultural dialogue
  • 🌍 Prepare cultural presentations and community events
  • 🏫 Lead conversations with students in local schools
  • 🎉 Support the Wertep Festival with logistics and organisation
  • 🎨 Contribute to artistic and design activities in community spaces
  • 📲 Create social media content, podcasts, and volunteer blog posts

👤 Participant Profile

  • Aged 18–30
  • Minimum B1 English level (interviews conducted in English)
  • Possess a valid Schengen visa or green passport
  • Interested in art, theatre, and cultural work 🎭
  • Motivated, flexible, and a good team player 🌟
