E-FARM.COM is transforming the way used agricultural machinery is traded worldwide 🌍🚜. From our headquarters in Hamburg, we run the world’s first full-service platform for farm equipment, enabling transparent deals in more than 60 countries.
As a Digital Operations Intern, you will join the team that makes our international transactions run seamlessly — supporting logistics, automation, and cross-border operations.
🎯 Your Mission – Operations Focus
- Support international machinery transactions from inspection to delivery 📝
- Coordinate logistics and transport with global carriers 🚛
- Track deal progress and ensure accurate data entry 📊
- Test automation & AI tools to improve workflows 🤖
- Suggest and implement process improvements for scaling 🚀
👤 Your Profile
- Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university (or recent graduate) 🎓
- Available for at least 3 months in Hamburg
- Studies in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong English (B2); other European languages are a big plus 🌐
- Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-curious
