🌱 About the Project

“Nature Connects Mind” is a 7-day training course (plus 2 travel days) designed for 27 youth workers. The program emphasizes mindfulness and connection with nature as essential tools for personal and professional well-being.

By combining non-formal education with practices in self-reflection and environmental awareness, the training creates a unique space for growth, resilience, and creativity. 🌳✨

🎯 Objectives

✅ Equip youth workers with skills in mindfulness, self-reflection, and environmental awareness.
✅ Improve individual and professional well-being through mindful practices.
✅ Encourage youth workers to promote awareness of well-being, environmental, and social issues in their communities.
✅ Create sustainable resources and collaborative networks for future Erasmus+ projects.

👤 Participant Profile

Youth workers aged 20–40.
Citizens or legal residents of one of the partner countries.
Especially open for participants with fewer opportunities.
Experience or interest in youth work and Erasmus+ projects.
Motivated, open to sharing and contributing actively.
Good level of English.

🏡 Accommodation & Food

Accommodation in a remote but beautiful natural setting 🌄.
All meals provided by the hosting organisation.
The nearest shop is 10 minutes away by car.
Transport from the meeting point to the venue will be arranged.

💸 Travel Reimbursement

Travel costs covered according to Erasmus+ rules:

Italy: up to €235 (green travel only)
Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Spain: up to €259 (€367 with green travel)
Türkiye: up to €259 (+ visa costs up to €120)
Portugal: up to €345 (€485 with green travel)
