📖 Project Description
Green Compass is a hands-on Erasmus+ training course designed to help youth workers integrate sustainability into their everyday practice using the European Sustainability Competence Framework (GreenComp).
Set in the scenic mountain resort of Bansko, this programme combines interactive workshops, outdoor learning, and study visits to local sustainable businesses. It’s an immersive opportunity to connect theory with practice and inspire real-world sustainability projects in your community.
🌱 Learning Activities Include:
- 🧩 Exploring the 12 GreenComp competences
- 🤝 Group work to co-create a Sustainability Education Toolkit
- 🌿 Outdoor activities in nature
- 🏭 Study visits to sustainable businesses & initiatives
- 💬 Peer learning & reflection sessions

- 20+ years old, residents of eligible countries
- Youth workers, educators, trainers, community leaders, or volunteers
- Committed to full participation & follow-up activities
- Able to communicate in English
- Priority for participants with fewer opportunities
