The Youth4Regions Programme by the European Commission offers a fully funded experience for young media talents to dive deep into EU Cohesion Policy and journalism from inside the EU bubble!

👥 Who can apply?

• Aged 18–30
• A citizen of the EU or a neighbouring country
• Journalism student, graduate (up to 2 years), or young journalist with max 2 years of experience
• Must not have joined Youth4Regions before
• Available 11–17 October 2025 in Brussels, Belgium

📝 Application requirements:

• Fill in the online application form
• Submit ONE of the following:
  • 📰 A short article (2500–6250 characters)
  • 📷 A photo report (3 original photos)
  • 🎥 A video report (2–3 min with an English summary)
• Your submission must cover an EU co-financed project (not Erasmus+ mobility)
