💡 What’s it all about?

🌱 Do you work with young people and want to build stronger, more inclusive groups?

🌳 The Power of Together is an intensive, immersive training course that takes youth work outside the four walls — into nature, into action, and into reflection.

Through outdoor challenges, non-formal education, and hands-on practice, this Erasmus+ mobility will empower you to create safer, more engaging group environments.

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand & improve group dynamics 🤝
• Facilitate healthy relationships in youth settings 🧠
• Apply experiential learning outdoors & indoors 🌲🏠
• Design non-formal activities that build real trust 🔧
• Reflect on personal group behaviors and biases 🪞
• Lead follow-up activities in your local community 🧭

✨ Who Should Apply?

✅ You are 18+ and actively working with young people (ages 13–30)
✅ You’re open to experiential learning — indoors and outdoors
✅ You want to strengthen group facilitation and leadership skills
✅ You can commit to the full program AND local follow-up (2+ youth sessions & 1+ training for peers)
✅ You’re excited to share, implement, and inspire!

🧾 Costs & Practicalities

✅ All accommodation and meals are fully covered
✈️ Travel costs will be reimbursed based on flat rates — after participation & valid documentation
