At Brotfabrik – a dynamic community art center – you’ll help break social exclusion through creative action. The project focuses on empowering local residents and newcomers through participatory arts, cultural events, and solidarity-driven initiatives. 🌱💬
✨ What You’ll Do:
🎭 Assist in organizing art workshops, concerts, repair cafés, and events for kids
📸 Support in photography, video, graphic design, and marketing
🧠 Get involved in conceptual tasks for participatory projects
🎨 Decorate and help with technical event setup
🗣️ Interact with locals, develop your own ideas, and shape the cultural life of the community

👤 Who Can Apply?
🇮🇹 Applicants must be residents of Italy, aged 18–30

🧠 Interest in theatre, anti-racism, non-formal education, and critical thinking is a big plus!
