PAL Network seeks 4 women (18-25) and 1 youth leader (18-29) for GIRL, an international learning experience on leadership and empowerment. Priority for Roma women and those facing discrimination. Accommodation covered; travel reimbursed up to €56.

Growing into Real Leaders – GIRL

12–18 December 2026 | Brussels, Belgium

PAL Network is looking for four youth women 18-25 and one youth female leader 18-29 to take part in an international learning experience focused on feminist leadership, gender equality, participation and community engagement.

Participants will meet and interact with young women from different backgrounds, including Roma and non-Roma participants, exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and learn from one another in a safe and inclusive environment.

Together, they will explore leadership, strengthen communication and teamwork skills, reflect on social inclusion and develop ideas that can create a positive impact in their communities.

Who can apply?

We are looking for young women aged 18–29 who:

-Are interested in leadership, equality and inclusion;

-Want to share experiences and learn from others;

-Are motivated to actively participate in group activities;

-Can communicate in English;

-Are available for the full duration of the activity.

Priority will be given to girls and young women who face discrimination, social exclusion or other barriers, particularly discrimination based on ethnic origin. Young Roma women are especially encouraged to apply.
