ABOUT THE TRAINING
Are you an aspiring youth worker looking to strengthen your skills and impact your community? 
โRoots & Routesโ is a 7-day Erasmus+ training course that explores the link between local identity (โRootsโ) and global connections (โRoutesโ).
What will you gain?
Youth Work Skills: Learn fundamental and innovative methods to create a positive impact in local communities. Global Perspective: Discover how local identity connects with international youth work. Networking & Collaboration: Engage with 24 participants from across Europe, share experiences, and build new partnerships. Interactive Learning: Gain hands-on experience through non-formal education methods and practical exercises.

Youth Workers & Aspiring Youth Leaders Trainers & Youth Coaches Professionals engaged in community building & non-formal education
