Description
CONECTA es una asociación de Motril (Granada) que trabaja por la inclusión y participación comunitaria de las personas con autismo y sus familias.
Durante 60 días, la persona voluntaria colaborará, siempre con acompañamiento del equipo, en actividades inclusivas de ocio, educación y sensibilización, así como en iniciativas comunitarias que favorezcan la participación social, la diversidad y la igualdad.
También podrá apoyar acciones de sensibilización sobre autismo, actividades interculturales y propuestas de participación en la comunidad.
La experiencia incluirá aprendizaje estructurado, tutoría y espacios de reflexión para desarrollar competencias en inclusión, empatía, comunicación intercultural y participación cívica, con reconocimiento de los aprendizajes mediante Youthpass.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
CONECTA garantizará alojamiento adecuado durante toda la actividad, manutención mediante comidas o una asignación para alimentación y los desplazamientos locales necesarios para participar en el proyecto.
El viaje de ida y vuelta entre el lugar de residencia del participante y Motril estará cubierto conforme a las normas del Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad.
La participación no supondrá gastos para la persona voluntaria. Los detalles prácticos se acordarán antes del inicio de la actividad teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades.
Training during the activity
La persona voluntaria recibirá formación inicial sobre CONECTA, autismo, inclusión, comunicación y desarrollo seguro de las actividades.
Contará con orientación y supervisión del equipo durante sus tareas y con una persona tutora para el apoyo personal y la reflexión sobre su aprendizaje.
Se facilitará el acceso a los recursos formativos del Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad y, cuando proceda, a EU Academy/OLS.
Los aprendizajes se revisarán durante la actividad y podrán reconocerse mediante Youthpass.
Participant profile
Buscamos una persona joven motivada por la inclusión social, el autismo, la participación comunitaria y la solidaridad.
No es necesaria experiencia profesional previa con personas con autismo; valoraremos especialmente la empatía, la responsabilidad, el respeto a la diversidad, la capacidad de trabajo en equipo, la iniciativa y las ganas de aprender.
La persona deberá estar disponible durante los 60 días de actividad y comprometerse a participar activamente en las tareas, formaciones, tutorías y espacios de reflexión del proyecto.
Esta oportunidad está dirigida a una persona joven con menos oportunidades, por lo que CONECTA adaptará los apoyos necesarios a sus circunstancias y necesidades individuales.
