What You'll Do
🎨 Create image and video creatives for Meta, TikTok and other ad platforms.
🖼️ Design ad visuals, product graphics, text overlays and promotional banners, and support landing-page and website campaign graphics.
🔁 Adapt existing creatives into multiple test variations.
📈 Research competitor ads and market trends, and identify winning creative styles, hooks, formats and offers.
⚙️ Help prepare large volumes of creatives for fast testing and iterate with the marketing team based on what performs best.

Who You Are
🎓 A student at short-cycle (EQF 5), Bachelor (EQF 6) or Master (EQF 7) level with a strong interest in design, marketing, digital advertising or visual communication.
🎨 A good eye for visuals, trends, composition, typography and aesthetics, with basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar (CapCut/video editing a plus).
🗣️ Fluent English required; German is a plus. No prior professional experience needed.

The Details
🕗 Full-time, 40 hours per week, hybrid or remote possible.
📆 3 to 6 months, with the option to extend, starting as soon as possible.
