Description
This is an opportunity to join an eco-cultural hub on the mountain of Erymanthos in Greece inside Moni Poretsou, a historic 17th-century monastery. Our purpose is to promote sustainable living and revitalize rural mountain areas. The opportunity consists of two openings. The first placement focuses on sustainable community living, eco-gastronomy, and garden-to-table culinary learning . The main focus of the first volunteer will be to directly assist the head chef in managing daily operations and cooking natural organic food for visitors and on-site community volunteers. The second placement focuses on non-profit management, community logistics, and cultural coordination. The volunteer will directly support the Project Coordinator in running daily operations, handling local communication, and organizing ecological programs.
