TTT - Tierra, Techo, Trabajo, a non-profit organisation in Agrigento, Sicily, is offering an Erasmus+ traineeship in International Mobility, focused on HR and project management. This is a placement of at least 4 months (35 hours per week) where you support recruitment, intern experience, community coordination and project management within a busy international mobility team. About the Placement

The internship spans several interconnected teams, and based on your profile you will support one or more of them: HR recruitment, HR administration, trainee experience and community resources coordination, and project management. It is a hands-on role in the engine room of an organisation that hosts international interns.

What You Could Work On

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ HR recruitment and employer branding: support the recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, maintain job listings, and support employer branding to attract international candidates.

๐Ÿ“‘ HR administration: process and manage HR documentation, maintain and update employee records and databases, support contracts and attendance tracking, ensure compliance with HR procedures, and support HR reporting and data analysis.

๐Ÿ  Trainee experience and community resources coordination: support the allocation of interns to accommodation, welcome interns and guide them on their living environment, organise check-ins and check-outs, act as a point of contact for daily life, support conflict resolution and respectful co-living, and report recurring issues to the HR team.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Project management: support interdepartmental communication and project coordination, help organise cultural, social and educational activities, support onboarding and orientation, monitor intern progress and collect feedback, and assist in promoting internship opportunities.

Who Can Apply

The placement suits students or recent graduates at Bachelor (EQF 6) level with no work experience required, who are eligible for the Erasmus+ programme and can join for at least 4 months. English at C1 level or higher is required.
