Description

MERU is a unique campus in The Netherlands offering courses, retreats and events for the global Transcendental Meditation community ( www.meru.international ) Our mission is to share the timeless knowledge of consciousness and its applications for a healthy, vibrant, and peaceful society. By participating in our volunteer program you are contributing to our community of around 200 people working at our campus in the heart of the beautiful Dutch National Park De Meinweg. Volunteers take part in dining services, housing, garden and other areas. You will also learn the Transcendental Meditation in a four-day course thought by a certified teacher. It's an easy and effortless technique that we all practice at MERU, twice a day for 20 minutes, offering profound benefits for mind and body and it's a very effective tool to develop your own full inner and outer potential (About TM go to: www.tm.org) Interested?
