Description

The name of the project is Volunteering 4 All, which symbolizes that volunteers from different countries work together with Hungarian volunteers what will make an impact that can help develop all of people included. The main aim of the project is helping in local schools to teach english and other languages, promoting multicultural actions and giving possibilities for the volunteers to learn how they can motivate young people to participate and make people to practice their foreign languages in real situations. Volunteers can put into practical ideas, share things about their culture and make a kind of „intercultural dialogue” about important questions in society. Volunteers' tasks: Teaching English and languages which they know; Organizing informal language classes, conversation clubs; Promoting ESC; Helping local youngsters in schools to develop their foreign language skills; Organizing events and conversation clubs.



 

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The volunteer will be accommodated with other volunteers in one flat, but each volunteer has private room. Travel cost to the venue of the activity is covered by the project, based on the distance calculator. Monthly ticket is provided to access local public transport. Each volunteer will receive pocket money and food money to cover their needs.



 

Training during the activity

On arrival and mid-term training organised by National Agency. The Association provides an arrive, half-time and evaulation training. Monthly meetings and trainings organised by the Association. Even trainings in different topics in connection with their project and other tasks which they participate in.



 

Participant profile

We are looking for motivated and proactive and active volunteers only from European Union countries between the age of 18 and 30 years old. Creativity is a plus, as well as inner motivation to develop. The project does not requires teaching experience but it is an advantage.
