🔷 Activity Details

Description

It’s the experience for youth leaders to discover and develop how to find the best way working their purpose and to contribute to society. Thanks to Ikigai, Leadership, Non-violent Communication and Management skills, which enable to lead high-impact projects, foster commitment to social causes and revitalise voluntary work. The aim is to create a networkarchy by networking with people from different countries in order to develop an action plan for achieving a common purpose. This is a training programme consisting of workshops designed to develop volunteering projects.

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The project will take place in La Marina Youth hostel, located 500m from the Moraira urban nucleus and 200m from the village of Teulada’s natural outlet to the sea. Accommodation and meals will be 100% covered from the training budget. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the venue.

Training during the activity

Participants will acquire hands-on non-formal education methodologies and leadership skills, enabling them to drive future youth participation initiatives. The training will build lasting international friendships and professional cooperation networks, successfully bridging the gap between European Youth Exchanges and International Volunteering Teams.

Participant profile

Young people with proven experience in group leadership, prior participation in De Amicitia projects, active involvement in volunteering activities, a demonstrated interest in local development and a high level of commitment to social causes, who are dedicated to participating in the formation of a new organisation to collaborate with De Amicitia in their country, region or area of influence.
