🔷 Activity Details
Description
The volunteer project offers a platform to express creative intellect through video production, digital marketing, and cultural exchange. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to share their own background and culture during dedicated events.
Tasks are structured across three main areas:
- Media & Content Creation: Capturing photos and videos during activities, editing media with tools like Photoshop and Canva, and creating engaging content for web and social media. Volunteers also assist in designing promotional materials such as posters, leaflets, and short promo clips.
- Project Management Support: Assisting with youth exchanges, tracking project progress, and contributing to Erasmus+ and other grant applications. The volunteer will also help communicate with potential new partner organizations.
- Event Execution: Supporting the organization and implementation of Have a Dream events, ceremonies, and initiatives in collaboration with local and international NGOs.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangements
The project takes place at Have A Dream, based in "Dreamerz", a vibrant, travel- and culture-themed co-working space.
- Accommodation: Private bedroom in a shared apartment with other volunteers (common kitchen, bathroom, and living area). Located within walking distance or a maximum 15-minute commute by bus or metro. All utilities (water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi) are fully covered.
- Allowances: A combined food and local travel allowance, plus pocket money.
- Travel: Return flight tickets reimbursed according to ESC distance band limits.
Training during the activity
Language course will be provided in the first weeks of the project
